Choose a version and size

The standard bed guards with flat metal brackets are available in widths of 60, 100 and 120 cm. Their height above the mattress can be adjusted for mattress heights from 5 to 11 cm. These dimensions and adjustment options apply to the standard version with flat metal brackets.

You can also choose a 60 cm wide guard with storage or a laminated timber model with a cat or swan motif. The construction and material differ by version. Before buying, compare the dimensions and fastening of the guard you want with your bed and mattress.

Follow age limits and installation instructions

The bed guards are not suitable for children under 36 months. They must not be used on bunk beds, loft beds, mid-height beds, play beds or other raised sleeping places.

Make sure the bed and mattress are a suitable combination and install the selected guard exactly as instructed. Before each use, check that the bed, mattress and guard fit together and can be used safely together. Also follow the other age and use information for the specific model.

A bed guard does not guarantee that a child will not fall out and does not replace adult supervision.
