Withdrawal policy for goods delivered by post
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KraftKids GmbH, Waldnieler Str. 57, 41068 Mönchengladbach, Germany, telephone +49 2161 53 977 49, email info@kraftkids.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the „Cancel contract“ link in the footer of our online shop's website. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to the following return address that matches the type of goods:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
