Returning goods after a declared withdrawal
If you would like to withdraw from your contract, you can declare the withdrawal via the „Cancel contract“ link in the footer of our website, or contact us in any other permitted way.
After your withdrawal declaration, you have two options for returning your goods:
- Option A: return the item yourself
- Option B: return using a KraftKids return label
The cost of a KraftKids return label is:
Textile products: €7.90 per package (DE & EU)
Small furniture, e.g. changing table attachments:
€7.90 per package within Germany, €19.90 per package within the EU

Option A: Return the item yourself
You arrange the shipment yourself and bear the direct return shipping costs.
Please send the item to the address that matches the item type:

Please note: we cannot accept returns sent cash on delivery.
Option B: Return using a KraftKids return label
Once you have declared your withdrawal, we can send you a paid return label by email.
The cost will be deducted from your refund amount:
Textile products: €7.90 (DE & EU)
Small furniture: €7.90 within Germany, €19.90 within the EU
2. Deadlines and notes
Please send the item back promptly, and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal declaration.
If possible, use the original packaging or equally protective packaging, and include all accessories.
Please enclose your order number or invoice number so that we can match your return quickly.
You are only liable for any loss in value if that loss is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and function of the goods.
For mixed orders, please send textile products and small furniture to the respective matching address. These may need to be sent back in separate packages.
