Dear customer,
In the event of a cancellation of your purchase from KraftKids, you must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation.
Our cancellation policy stipulates that you bear the direct costs of the return.
You have the following options:

Parcels that are sent to us as “cash on delivery” will generally not be accepted.
Please note that if you make use of the contractual right of return and organize the transport of the items yourself, you bear the return risk yourself.
2. Return by courier:
We will take care of your return and organize the return via courier. After you have exercised your cancellation to us, you will receive a paid parcel label directly to your email address. We will offset the costs from Germany only (EU other fees upon request) of 7.90 euros (including VAT) per package against your refund claim from the cancellation.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Please send the goods back to us if possible in the original packaging or in protective outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components and enclose information with the returned goods with the order number or invoice number so that we can assign your return, although none of this is a prerequisite the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
